Runham has the benefit of being in a lovely country location and yet is only four miles from the wide sandy beach at Caister. Also close by is the popular resort of Great Yarmouth which, as well as the beach, has two piers, a sports centre, amusements, shops, pubs and a pleasure beach where, if you are feeling brave, you can enjoy a ride on the roller coaster! The neighbouring village of Stokesby, two and a half miles away, has a shop, pub and a restaurant.

Owl Barn is located near to the owners home in a peaceful position and enjoys use of the very attractive gardens. Its peaceful setting makes it an ideal location for a relaxing holiday, and you may enjoy watching the birds, including barn owls, on their visits to the garden. It provides very pleasant, cosy accommodation with an attractive beamed interior. Shop: 2.5 miles Pub: 2.5 miles
