Situated on the banks of the River Nar, the village of Narborough is located between the historic market towns of Swaffham and Kings Lynn, both of which provide good shopping, pubs and restaurants. It is eighteen miles from the seaside resort of Hunstanton, with the bird reserves along the north-west coast also close by. There is excellent fishing at Narborough Trout Farm and Pentney Lakes. The village has shops and a chinese restaurant with further facilities available in Swaffham, five miles away.

Situated on the owner's farm, is this lovely single-storey barn conversion which has been renovated to a high standard. The pleasant beamed interior has been very attractively furnished in keeping with its character. Use of an indoor heated swimming pool is available in the village and there is also use of a beach hut at Heacham.
