How to book your holiday with Norfolk
Country Cottages
Please take your time to browse
through our brochure or website and ring our office should you have any
questions. We will be more than happy to help.
Reservations of all
accommodation are accepted by Norfolk Country Cottages under our Terms
and Conditions
Use the instructions
shown below to ensure a straightforward booking:
Using our Website -
1. Log onto
www.norfolkcottages.co.uk
and if you know the reference number of the property you are interested in, enter the number in the Quick Search box and click go.
You can then check the availability and price of the property. Alternatively if you simply want to know which properties are available then click on” Property Search” and follow the instructions. This will give you a listing of available properties for the dates you require.
2. When you
have chosen an available property you can then click on the “Reserve
Property” button on the property page. A form will appear on the screen,
which you are asked to complete. This is a reservation request only and the
reservation will only become a booking when we confirm it with you.
3. Your details are sent electronically to us and we will contact you to confirm the booking.
4. You can
send a cheque or pay by credit/debit card the amount due when we contact
you. (Please note: To secure your booking we must receive your deposit payment within five days of making your booking. If the booking is made within
eight weeks of your holiday start date we require the full payment on booking)
5. You will
receive an invoice detailing the balance to be paid and showing the due
date. Please return the cut off slip with your payment for the due date.
(Balance payments made by credit card will incur an additional charge – see Booking
Conditions 4 ) No reminder will be sent.
6. On receipt
of your final payment we will forward directions to your property and
key arrangements. On receipt, please read carefully and contact
us with any queries.

giving your requirements. We will advise you of availability, help you
make your choice if needed and make a booking for you. We will ask for names and ages of all party members. This booking will
be held for up to FIVE working days pending receipt of your payment.
(Please Note :
To secure your booking we must receive your booking form within FIVE
days of your phone call. If your booking is made within eight
weeks of your holiday date, we require the full payment on booking.)
2. Complete the Booking
Form, remembering to sign it, and send it with your payment
to us at:

Alternatively,
when you telephone, you may find it easier to pay by credit/debit card.
We can then process your booking the same day and send your receipt
and paperwork to you.
